Place several signatures in one PDF
Open a PDF, select a page and add a typed name, drawn signature or PNG/JPEG image. Each addition becomes a separate layer. Drag to position it, resize the corner, or enter left, top and width percentages. Use the annotation list to select an existing layer, including one on another page. All layers are included when you create the PDF.
A reliable review workflow
Add the signature first, then use a separate text layer for the printed name and date. Duplicate a layer to reuse its appearance on the current page. Undo and redo restore up to 40 annotation edits within the current workspace. Download before closing or resetting: the workspace is not saved between sessions.
What the signature means
This tool adds a visual signature. It does not issue a signing certificate, verify identity or produce an audit trail. Ask the recipient whether a visual signature is acceptable. Existing certificate signatures may become invalid when a PDF is modified. Keep the original and review every signed page in an independent PDF reader.
